Procurement Of It Equipment And Machinery Tender Notice
Description
Procure information technology equipment and machinery items on framework contract basis for the financial year 2025-2026 through open competitive bidding under single stage single envelope procedure. Eligible firms companies suppliers manufacturers and authorized dealers registered with relevant tax and registration authorities may participate through EPADS. The procurement includes purchase of IT equipment and machinery with bid security requirements and performance guarantee obligations. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS and original bid security in the form of CDR Bank Guarantee or Pay Order must be deposited before the submission deadline. Liquidated damages shall apply for delayed supplies and supplied items must comply with prescribed quality standards and specifications.
