Procurement Of Diet And Printing Store Items Tender Notice
Description
Procure diet store items and printing store items on framework contract basis for the financial year 2026-27 through E-PADS under single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Procurement is open to firms companies sole proprietors and general order suppliers registered with Income Tax Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax authorities. Original earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted before bid closing time in favor of Principal QAMC and Allied Institutions Bahawalpur. Blacklisted or defaulter firms are not eligible to participate and bidders are requested to submit lowest and final prices as negotiations may not be conducted. Quantities may increase or decrease according to fund availability and PPRA rules.
