Procurement Training Material Shuttering Scaffolding Trade Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of training material for shuttering and scaffolding trade under prevailing PPRA rules through e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System using single stage one envelope procedure. Eligible bidders firms and contractors registered for income tax and sales tax with active NTN and GST status may participate. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS along with refundable bid security equal to 5% of estimated amount in shape of CDR Pay Order or Demand Draft favoring Principal Govt. College of Technology Bhakkar. Original bid security must be submitted before opening time. Bid opening shall take place in conference room on the same day at 12:30 PM in presence of procurement committee and representatives. Transportation installation and all applicable taxes shall be included in quoted rates. Successful bidder shall provide 10% performance guarantee within seven days of award. Goods must be delivered within 15 days after issuance of procurement order. Pro Tip: Contractors should upload attested NTN and GST certificates with properly signed bid documents to avoid disqualification.
