Repair Medical Equipment Surgical Instruments Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Repair and strengthening works for electro medical equipment and procurement of ENT eye and ortho instruments under OGDCL allocated fund for financial year 2025 26 through EPADS in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014. Authorized dealers suppliers of electro medical equipment and power supply contractors may participate. Standard bidding documents containing detailed list of equipment for repair are available on EPADS. Bidders shall submit bid security in shape of Call Deposit Receipt favoring Medical Superintendent DHQ Teaching Hospital KDA Kohat. Quotations must be computer typed printed on official letter pad and each page sealed and signed. Tenders shall be submitted through EPADS by 11 June 2026 at 11:30 AM and opened on same day at 12:30 PM in presence of institutional tender opening committee and representatives. Valid income tax GST and KPRA registration certificates with active taxpayer status are mandatory. Pro Tip: Suppliers should submit complete signed documentation with valid tax registrations and competitive final rates as negotiations are not permitted.
