Construction Hall Office Block University Building Tender Notice
Description
Construction of L shape hall and office block building at Khyber Medical University Peshawar through single stage two envelope process in accordance with KPPRA Rules. Eligible contractors and firms registered with income tax sales tax and KPRA and appearing on active taxpayer lists of FBR and KPRA may participate. Bids shall be submitted electronically through E PADS only and manual submissions shall not be accepted. Bid opening shall take place at 11:30 AM on 08 June 2026 in presence of bidders or authorized representatives. A pre bid meeting shall be held on 02 June 2026 at 11:00 hours in Director ORIC office. Bid security equal to 2% in shape of CDR favoring Director ORIC KMU must be uploaded on E PADS and original hard copy submitted in sealed envelope before bid submission deadline. Detailed specifications and conditions are available on E PADS website. Pro Tip: Contractors should ensure timely submission of original CDR with company letterhead because late submission shall result in rejection of bid.
