Supply Distribution Transformers University Infrastructure Tender Notice
Description
Supply of 200 KVA and 400 KVA pole mounted distribution transformers complete in all respects under project for uplifting academic and infrastructure facilities at Hazara University Mansehra through single stage one envelope procedure. Manufacturers registered with FBR for sales tax active taxpayer list and valid PEC registration in relevant category may participate through EPADS. Transformers shall comply with latest WAPDA specifications including amendments for three phase pole mounted transformers having voltage ratio of 11 by 0.415 KVA. Bid security equal to 2% of total quoted amount in shape of Demand Draft or Call Deposit favoring Treasurer Hazara University Mansehra is mandatory along with non refundable tender fee of Rs 3000. Bids shall be opened at 14:30 hours on same day in conference hall of administration block through EPADS. Original bid security and tender cost instruments must be submitted before closing time. Pro Tip: Manufacturers should carefully follow WAPDA transformer specifications and provide valid PEC registration with complete bid documentation.
