General Maintenance Works Research Facilities Tender Notice
Description
General maintenance works at PCRWR Headquarters Islamabad and R and D Farm Dar Kali Kalan Gujjar Khan from firms registered with PEC category C4 or above and FBR tax departments. Bidding documents containing specifications drawings procurement procedures bid validity evaluation criteria and performance guarantee requirements are available on PCRWR website and PPRA EPADS. Sealed bids accompanied with earnest money amounting to Rs 1265657 in shape of demand draft or pay order in favor of Chairman PCRWR must be electronically attached with bid. Last date for submission of bids is 03 June 2026 up to 11:00 AM and bids will be opened on same day at 11:30 AM in presence of bidders or representatives. Conditional tenders and bids without earnest money shall not be considered. Pro Tip: Contractors should ensure all scanned supporting documents are electronically attached before submission on EPADS.
