Procurement of local and fancy book binding services on complete package basis under Single Stage-One Envelope bidding procedure. Bidders are required to participate through EPADS by uploading signed BOQ bid forms and supporting documents while physical bid bond submission before bid submission time is mandatory. PEC certificate submission is required where applicable. Bid security amount is 30000 with bid validity of 120 days. Bid opening will take place at 10:30 AM.
