Purchase Of Furniture For Financial Year Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of furniture items for the financial year 2025-2026 under head of account A09701 including supply of office furniture and related items through open competitive bidding on item wise basis. Bidders including firms companies suppliers manufacturers authorized agents dealers and distributors registered with relevant registration and tax authorities are eligible to participate through E-PADS in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2022. Procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Technical and financial bids inclusive of all taxes must be submitted online through E-PADS. Technical samples and brochures of each item are mandatory for evaluation. Bid security equal to 3% of total estimated amount valued at PKR 65,574 must be submitted in shape of CDR Bank Guarantee Demand Draft or Pay Order before submission deadline. Successful bidder shall furnish performance guarantee equal to 10% of contract value. Taxes shall be deducted as per government rules and bid validity shall remain till 30-06-2026. Bid opening shall take place in presence of bidders or their representatives.
