Sewerage Drainage And Rcc Infrastructure Works Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of civil and sanitation works including elimination of ponding points across Mandi Bahauddin city - providing and fixing RCC slabs at different points - supply of RCC manhole covers and RPC manhole covers - and providing and laying missing links of sewerage and drainage network at different locations in the city. Bids are invited from firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and E-PAD system for the financial year 2025-26. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage One Envelope procedure on item rate basis through Punjab E-Procurement System. Contractors are required to upload bid security in shape of CDR equal to 5% of estimated cost and submit original CDR before bid opening time. Bids shall be submitted online up to 04-06-2026 at 11:00 AM and opened on the same day at 11:30 AM by Tender Opening Committee. Additional performance security shall apply if quoted amount is below 5% of approved estimate. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject bids under PPRA Rule 35. Time limit for all schemes is 20 days.
