Bridge Repair And Road Maintenance Works Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of highway infrastructure works including maintenance and repair of RCC railing on Khan Muhammad Wala Bridge and Chak Misran Canal Bridge - special repair of Sardarpur Road at Jhada over Rani Rajbah - and maintenance and repair of damaged parapits and wing walls of Pull Saim Nullah at Mona Drain near Lokri Hatter on Manwais to Huzurpur road in District Sargodha. Bids are invited from engineering firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category and registered on Punjab PPRA E-Procurement System for financial year 2025-26. Procurement shall be conducted through PPRA E-Tendering system. Contractors must upload bid security in shape of CDR equal to 5% of estimated cost in favor of Executive Engineer Highways Division Sargodha and submit original CDR before opening time. Successful bidders shall furnish 10% performance guarantee as per PPRA Rule 56. Rigid pavement work shall be executed through concrete batching plant and paving machine while TST DST surfacing shall be completed through mechanized system. Rates above or below estimated DNIT cost shall be treated as non-responsive. Bids will be opened on 08-06-2026 at 01:00 PM in the office of Commissioner Sargodha Division. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject bids under PPRA Rule 35.
