Solar System And Lighting Supply Works Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for provision and fixing of solar system for water supply motor and supply of street lights and ceiling lights at University of Okara on FOR basis. Sealed bids are invited from GST and Income Tax registered manufacturers firms authorized distributors dealers and general order suppliers. Procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Tender DT(PR)04/2025-26 covers solar system works with estimated cost of PKR 2,400,000 and bid security of PKR 120,000 while Tender DT(PR)05/2025-26 covers street and ceiling lights with estimated cost of PKR 694,200 and bid security of PKR 34,710. Bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost is required in shape of CDR or Bank Guarantee in favor of Treasurer University of Okara. Rates must be quoted inclusive of all taxes and accompanied with professional tax challan and bid security copy. Tender documents can be downloaded from university website PPRA website and E-PADS. Tenders must reach Office of the Treasurer by 08-06-2026 at 10:30 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in presence of bidders or representatives. Rates shall remain valid for 60 days from opening date. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject bids under PPRA Rule 35.
