Purchase Of Office Furniture Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of office furniture items including computer tables - tables for lawyers - sofa sets three seater - revolving chairs for officers - office chairs cane knitted - office chairs with poshish - and center tables for the financial year 2025-2026. Sealed bids are invited from eligible bidders registered with sales tax and income tax departments in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage One Envelope procedure under Rule 38(1). Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS by 04-06-2026 till 10:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM. Original bid security amounting to PKR 214,644 against estimated cost of PKR 4,292,870 must be submitted in sealed envelope before closing time addressed to District & Sessions Judge Nankana Sahib. Bidders blacklisted or debarred by any government organization or international agency are not eligible to participate. Detailed advertisement is available on Punjab E-Procurement website.
