Procurement of office furniture items including office tables - sofa sets five seater - office chairs cane type - office chairs poshish type - and side racks for District Courts Vehari for the financial year 2025-2026. Sealed bids are invited from eligible bidders registered with sales tax and income tax departments in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage One Envelope procedure under Rule 38(1). Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS by 04-06-2026 at 09:30 AM and will be opened on the same day at 10:00 AM. Original bid security amounting to PKR 70,215 equal to 5% of estimated cost of PKR 1,404,360 must be submitted in sealed envelope before closing time addressed to District & Sessions Judge Vehari. Blacklisted or debarred bidders are not eligible. Detailed advertisement is available on Punjab E-Procurement website.
