Purchase Of It Equipment Machinery And Stationery Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of IT equipment machinery and stationery items for the financial year 2025-2026 through E-PADS from well reputed firms manufacturers distributors dealers and suppliers registered with Sales Tax Income Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments. Procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014. Estimated costs include PKR 1,972,000 for IT equipment with bid security of PKR 59,605 - PKR 1,080,000 for machinery with bid security of PKR 54,000 - and PKR 700,000 for stationery with bid security of PKR 35,000. Bidders must upload earnest money in shape of CDR equal to 5% of estimated cost in favor of Senior Civil Judge Civil Division Rajanpur and submit original CDR one hour before opening time otherwise bids shall be considered non-responsive. Bids must be submitted through E-PADS by 04-06-2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in presence of Purchase Committee. Prices must include all taxes and incomplete or non-conforming bids shall be rejected. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under prevailing PPRA Rules.
