Construction Of Sewer Line Infrastructure Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of civil works for providing and laying 24 inch RCS sewer lines in Muslim Town Noor Pur Block B Faisalabad on item rate basis through PPRA E-Tendering System. Tenders are invited from engineering firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category and registered on Punjab PPRA website. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Contractors are required to upload earnest money in shape of CDR equal to 2% of estimated or bid cost in favor of Deputy Director Construction West WASA Faisalabad and submit original CDR half hour before opening time otherwise bids shall be rejected. Estimated project cost is PKR 8,015,296 with earnest money amount of PKR 170,000 and completion period of one month. Bids shall be opened on 08-06-2026 at 11:30 AM at Deputy Director Construction West Parking Yard WASA Office Main Narwala Road Choburji Chiniot Faisalabad in presence of Tender Opening Committee. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject bids under PPRA Rule 35.
