Purchase Of Furniture For Courts Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of furniture items including office tables computer tables tables for lawyers sofa sets five seater revolving chairs for officers office chairs cane type office chairs poshish type computer revolving chairs side book racks and litigant benches for District Courts Lodhran during financial year 2025-2026. E-bids are invited from reputed firms manufacturers distributors dealers and suppliers registered with Sales Tax Income Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 amended. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage One Envelope procedure through E-PADS. Bids must be submitted electronically by 05-06-2026 at 11:00 AM and opened on same day at 11:30 AM in presence of bidders or authorized representatives. Bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost for each item in shape of CDR from scheduled bank in favor of District and Sessions Judge Lodhran is mandatory along with uploaded soft copies on E-PADS. Successful bidder shall furnish 10% performance guarantee in shape of CDR refundable after completion of obligations or one year warranty period. Procuring authority reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities and reject all bids under PPRA Rules 2014.
