Graveyard Link Road Construction Works Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for construction of Kanjroor Graveyard Link Road from Eisa Chanderke Road to Kanjroor Graveyard through open competitive bidding under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. District Council Narowal invites E-BIDS from financially sound firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and relevant tax departments including Income Tax Sales Tax Punjab Sales Tax and Professional Tax. Estimated project cost is PKR 13.886 Million with bid security amount of PKR 694,300 equal to 5% of estimated cost. Procurement shall be conducted through E-PADS only in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 amended up to date and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Bids must be submitted electronically on E-PADS before 08-06-2026 at 01:30 PM and will be opened on same day at 02:00 PM. Original CDR must be submitted in office of DO(I&S) District Council Narowal before bid opening otherwise bid shall be rejected. Conditional tenders and manual submissions shall not be accepted. Procuring agency reserves rights under Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014.
