Purchase Of Furniture Articles For Civil Courts Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of furniture articles including office tables computer tables sofa sets office chairs cane type office chairs poshish type presiding chairs and side book racks for Civil Courts Vehari through E-PADS. E-bids are invited from sales tax and income tax registered firms and companies under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Procurement shall be governed under Punjab Procurement Rules. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS by 04-06-2026 till 10:00 AM and shall be opened on same day at 12:00 PM in presence of bidders or their representatives. Bidder firms must deposit 5% CDR of estimated cost in favor of Senior Civil Judge Civil Division Vehari before closing date and time. Samples of tender items are required at time of opening before Purchase Committee. Successful bidder shall furnish 10% performance guarantee at issuance of supply order.
