Procurement Of Furniture Articles For Civil Courts Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of furniture articles including office tables computer tables sofa sets revolving chairs office chairs cane type presiding chairs computer chairs side racks and litigant benches for Civil Courts Bahawalnagar for financial year 2025-2026. Procurement shall be conducted through E-PADS under Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Rule 38(1) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Estimated procurement cost is PKR 3,413,000 with refundable bid security amount of PKR 179,650 equal to 5% of estimated cost. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS by 04-06-2026 at 10:30 AM and shall be opened on same day at 11:00 AM. Original bid security must be submitted in sealed envelope before 03-06-2026 till 03:30 PM addressed to Senior Civil Judge Civil Division Bahawalnagar. Bidders must be registered with sales tax and income tax departments and should not be blacklisted or debarred. Detailed advertisement and tender documents are available on E-PADS website.
