Purchase Of Furniture For District Courts Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of furniture articles including office tables computer tables tables for lawyers sofa sets revolving chairs office chairs cane type poshish chairs computer chairs side racks and benches for District Courts Bahawalnagar for financial year 2025-2026 through E-PADS. Procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Rule 38(1) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Estimated procurement cost is PKR 3,110,500 with refundable bid security amount of PKR 135,325 equal to 5% of estimated cost. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS by 04-06-2026 at 09:30 AM and shall be opened same day at 10:00 AM. Original bid security must be submitted in sealed envelope before 03-06-2026 till 05:30 PM addressed to District and Sessions Judge Bahawalnagar. Bidders must be registered with sales tax and income tax departments and should not be blacklisted or debarred. Procuring authority reserves rights under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
