Procurement Of Furniture Items For District Courts Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of furniture items including office tables computer tables sofa sets revolving chairs office chairs cane type poshish chairs presiding chairs computer chairs side book racks center tables and litigant benches for District Courts Jhelum through E-PADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids shall be submitted electronically by 04-06-2026 at 11:00 AM and opened same day at 11:30 AM. Procurement shall follow Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure. Successful bidder must provide 10% performance guarantee in shape of CDR bank guarantee or pay order. Bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost must be submitted one hour before bid submission deadline. Rates must be inclusive of all applicable taxes including GST PST PRA and income tax and remain valid for 60 days. Tender documents are available on PPRA and E-PADS websites. Authority reserves right to reject all bids subject to prevailing rules and budget availability.
