Re-tender for procurement of Cryo Thawing Bath under bid reference PRO-290-2025 by Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center Lahore. Original manufacturers and sole distributors of foreign manufacturers registered with income tax and sales tax authorities are eligible to participate through Single Stage Two Envelope least-cost bidding procedure under PPRA Rules 2014. Estimated procurement amount is PKR 4,770,700 with mandatory bid security of PKR 95,414 equal to 2% of estimated amount.
