Purchase Of Furniture Articles Tender Notice
Description
Annual framework contract for purchase of furniture articles for financial year 2025-26 by Office of the Senior Civil Judge Civil Division Gujrat under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Well reputed firms authorized distributors dealers suppliers having relevant experience and registrations with Sales Tax Income Tax Professional Tax and Punjab Sales Tax Departments are eligible to participate. Estimated tender amount is PKR 6,682,750 with mandatory refundable bid security of PKR 334,138 equal to 5% of estimated cost. E-bids shall be submitted through EPADS by 04-06-2026 at 05:00 AM and opened on same day at 10:00 AM in office of Senior Civil Judge Civil Division Gujrat. Procurement shall follow Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under Rule 38(1). Successful bidder shall furnish performance guarantee equal to 10% of contract value and complete delivery within 45 days after issuance of supply order. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Firms should attach valid PST Professional Tax Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates because incomplete or unstamped bids shall be rejected under PPRA Rules.
