Provision Of Furniture Items Tender Notice
Description
Provision of furniture items at Rohtas Fort District Jhelum by Directorate General of Archaeology Punjab through EPADS under Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014. Interested and eligible firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and included in Active Taxpayer List may participate. Estimated project cost is PKR 1.224 million with earnest money equal to 2% of estimated cost in favor of Director General Archaeology. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically by 08-06-2026 at 11:00 AM and opened same day at 11:30 AM. Original CDR or Bank Guarantee must be submitted in office of Directorate General of Archaeology Lahore before opening time. Completion period is 15 days after issuance of purchase order. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Bidders should completely fill item-wise DNIT and BOQ entries because blank or incomplete financial schedules shall be treated as non-responsive.
