Outsourcing Of Security Services Tender Notice
Description
Tender for outsourcing of security services for financial year 2026-27 at Sheikh Zayed Medical College and Hospital Rahim Yar Khan through EPADS under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Rule 38(2)(a) of PPRA Rules 2014. Eligible bidders including associations of firms companies sole proprietors general order suppliers and joint ventures registered with relevant tax authorities may participate. Estimated tender value is PKR 158 million with refundable bid security of PKR 1,580,000 equal to 1% of estimated cost in shape of CDR in favor of Principal Sheikh Zayed Medical College Hospital Rahim Yar Khan. Bids must be uploaded by 10-06-2026 at 11:30 AM and will be opened same day at 12:00 PM. Bid validity period is 180 days. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Original CDR must be submitted before opening time otherwise uploaded electronic bid shall be rejected despite successful EPADS submission.
