Construction Of Roads At Raiwind Spu Building Complex Tender Notice

Punjab Highway Department invites e-tenders from engineering firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category for construction of roads at SPU Building Complex Raiwind District Lahore under PPRA E-Tendering System on item rate basis. Work includes construction of road from Main Sue Asal Road to SPU Building Complex Raiwind having length 1.7 kilometer and construction of internal roads at SPU Building Complex Raiwind. Estimated costs are PKR 29.800 million and PKR 11.559 million with earnest money equal to 2% amounting to PKR 1,480,000 and PKR 577,800 respectively. Bids along with CDR in favor of Executive Engineer Highway Mechanical Division Lahore must be uploaded before 10-06-2026 up to 01:00 PM and opened same day at 12:30 PM in office of Commissioner Lahore Division Lahore. Completion period for each work is 30 days. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Original CDR must be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee half an hour before opening time otherwise the contractor shall be disqualified even if electronic submission is completed.
