Dualization And Rehabilitation Of Existing Road Section Tender Notice

Punjab Highways Department invites bids through EPADS under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure from engineering firms and contractors holding PEC License 2025-26 in Category C-A for dualization of New Lahore Road from Narowal City to Gujjar Chowk Narang including realignment and rehabilitation of existing road Phase-I Section 0.00 to 10.30 Km in District Narowal under ADP GS No.1527 2025-26. Estimated project cost is PKR 4351.062 million with earnest money amounting to PKR 217.553 million equal to 5% of estimated cost. Technical and financial proposals must be uploaded on EPADS by 04-06-2026 up to 12:00 PM while technical bids shall be downloaded on same day at 01:00 PM. Financial bids of technically responsive bidders will be evaluated after publication of technical evaluation report. Completion period is 24 months. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Percentage-based financial bids will not be accepted because bidders are required to quote item-wise rates total item values and grand total in accordance with PPRA circular dated 11-10-2024.
