Procurement of general stationery items miscellaneous goods electric items and hardware items for FY-2026-27 through EPADS v2.0 using Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure under Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 - Bidders are required to submit electronic bids through EPADS v2.0 only - Detailed terms conditions specifications and requirements are available in the bidding documents - Bid security in the form of Pay Order Call Deposit or Demand Draft is mandatory as specified in the bidding documents with minimum earnest money of Rs.100,000/- - Bids without earnest money shall be rejected - Bid opening will be conducted electronically on the same day after submission deadline - Eligible bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 before participation - Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Suppliers dealing in stationery electric and hardware products should ensure complete compliance with EPADS registration and bid security requirements before submission to avoid rejection.
