Hiring and provision of security surveillance items and related services for Muharram ul Harram 2026 Chehlum Hazrat Imam Hussain A.S 2026 and Eid Milad un Nabi SAWW 2026 including installation maintenance smooth functioning establishment of control room and online services for complete events - Procurement shall be conducted through e-PADS under Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 - Eligible bidders include manufacturers distributors authorized dealers firms companies and sole proprietors registered with relevant tax authorities - Estimated procurement cost is Rs.22500000 with bid security of Rs.1125000 representing 5 percent of estimated cost - Original bid security must be physically submitted while scanned copy shall be uploaded on e-PADS - Performance guarantee of 5 percent is required from successful bidder - Bids shall remain valid for 120 days and taxes and stamp duty will be deducted as per applicable government rules - Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Security and surveillance service providers should ensure compliance with technical specifications bid security and e-PADS submission requirements for uninterrupted event management participation.
