Procurement of laboratory equipment for Mechanical Automotive and Civil Departments through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure - Procurement includes multiple lots for engineering and technical laboratory equipment with estimated amounts and bid security requirements for each lot - Eligible bidders include firms companies sole proprietors and contractors engaged in scientific and laboratory equipment trading registered with Income Tax Sales Tax and PRA authorities - Technical and financial bids must be submitted online through EPADS and copy submitted physically before deadline - Bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated cost in shape of CDR Bank Guarantee Demand Draft or Pay Order is mandatory - Bids not signed stamped complete or submitted through prescribed mode shall be rejected - Bids will be opened in presence of bidder representatives and validity period shall remain 90 days - Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Scientific and engineering equipment suppliers should ensure timely EPADS submission and complete bid security documentation for successful technical evaluation.
