Description
Installation of solar systems for multiple mosques in District Torghar under Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure on EPADS system - Procurement includes solar system installation for 35 mosques and 30 mosques under separate schemes with bid securities and tender fees as specified - Eligible firms and contractors registered with PEC in Category C-6 or above and enlisted with Communication and Works Department may participate - Contractors must possess valid registration with Electrical Inspectorate Khyber Pakhtunkhwa along with solar installation codes EE11 vi and EE11 xvii - Technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically through E-PADS while original affidavit bid security and additional security documents must be submitted separately - Pre-bid meeting shall be held on 04-06-2026 at office of Executive Engineer C&W Division Torghar - Additional bid security conditions and technical evaluation criteria shall apply according to KPPRA notifications - Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Solar energy contractors should ensure valid electrical inspectorate registration and compliance with additional security requirements before bid submission.
