Provision Of Information Technology Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Provision of IT equipment through lot wise procurement including laptops monitors printers TV screens interactive screens scanners and audio visual meeting conferencing systems under Single Stage One Envelope procedure - Eligible firms companies sole proprietors and general order suppliers registered on EPADS and with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities may participate - Partial bidding within any lot is not permitted and separate bid security is required for each lot - Bid securities in form of Call Deposit Receipt Bank Guarantee Demand Draft Pay Order or Bankers Cheque valid for minimum six months are mandatory - Electronic bid submission through EPADS is compulsory and manual or courier submissions shall not be entertained - Technical requirements and bidding conditions are available on EPADS PPRA and PFAS websites - Pro Tip Short Paragraph: IT equipment suppliers should ensure separate lot wise bid securities and complete EPADS submissions for responsive bidding.
