Description
Purchase of IT equipment items through EPADS under PPRA Rules 2004 Single Stage One Envelope procedure subject to approval of Austerity Committee - Authorized agents distributors manufacturers and general order suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and active taxpayer list of FBR may participate - Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS only along with earnest money equal to 3 percent of bidding amount in shape of CDR demand draft or pay order in favor of Additional Director Administration NAB Balochistan - Tender and bidding documents may be downloaded from PPRA EPADS and NAB websites - Successful bidders shall supply IT equipment items within ten days according to approved specifications and no changes in rates or quality shall be accepted after approval - Pro Tip Short Paragraph: IT equipment distributors and authorized suppliers should clearly mention brand names taxes and complete specifications in EPADS submissions for responsive evaluation.
