Description
Procurement of desktop systems laptops printers and scanners for office use through PPRA E-Tendering System on item rate basis. Contractors and firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council relevant category GST NTN and PST may participate after registration on Punjab PPRA e-procurement portal. Bidders shall upload earnest money in shape of CDR amounting to 2 percent of estimated bid cost in favour of Deputy Director Engineering WASA along with quoted rates on the portal before bid opening time. Original CDR must be submitted half hour before opening of bids otherwise bidder shall be disqualified. Bids shall be opened in presence of Tender Opening Committee and successful bidders shall be announced accordingly. Procuring agency may reject bids under PPRA Rule 35 and reserves right to increase or decrease quantities before and after issuance of work order.
