Procurement of furniture and stationery items through Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 under single stage one envelope bidding procedure. Interested financially sound and experienced firms registered with Income Tax Sales Tax Professional Tax and PRA shall submit electronic bids through EPADS. Procurement includes furniture and stationery supplies with all rates inclusive of applicable taxes including GST PST PRA and Income Tax. Bid security amounting to 5 percent of estimated cost shall be submitted in shape of CDR bank guarantee or pay order in favour of Senior Civil Judge Civil Division Jhang before bid submission deadline. Successful bidder shall deposit 10 percent performance guarantee after award of contract. Tender documents are available on EPADS PPRA and court website. Pro Tip: Submit original bid security one day before deadline and ensure tax registrations and complete documentation to avoid disqualification.
