Procurement Of Furniture For Financial Year Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of furniture for financial year 2025-2026 through Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 from financially sound and experienced firms registered with Income Tax Sales Tax Professional Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments. Single stage single envelope bidding procedure shall be adopted through EPADS and all rates shall include GST and PST with validity till 30 June 2026. Bidders shall submit electronic bids through EPADS and provide bid security amounting to 5 percent of estimated cost in shape of CDR bank guarantee or pay order one working day before bid submission deadline in original form. Successful bidder shall deposit 10 percent performance guarantee after award of contract. Tender documents are available on EPADS PPRA and court websites. Procuring authority reserves right to reject bids according to prevailing rules and regulations. Pro Tip: Submit original bid security and stamp paper within office timing before deadline to avoid disqualification.
