Supply Of Dietary Perishable Lpg Fodder And Medicines Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of dietary items for trainee messes - perishable items for trainee messes - LPG with 45 KG cylinders for trainee messes - fodder items for government horses and medicines for college dispensary for financial year 2026-27. Sealed bids shall be submitted through EPADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using two envelope bidding procedure comprising separate technical and financial proposals. Technical proposals shall be opened first and financial proposals of technically qualified bidders shall be opened later on scheduled date. Bid security amounting to 3 percent of total bid price in shape of pay order or bank draft in favour of Commandant Police College Sihala is mandatory. Successful bidders shall deposit 3 percent performance guarantee upon award of contract. All products must comply with PSQCA standards Punjab Food Authority Act 2011 and Punjab Pure Food Rules 2011. Pro Tip: Ensure technical and financial proposals are sealed separately and all food and medicine items comply with applicable quality and safety regulations before submission.
