Construction and maintenance works including shifting of main walk through aviary from main building front ground to backside of pet center at City Campus Lahore - providing and fixing of fiber glass roof top waterproofing with PU coatings and fabric membrane at TCBP Building A-Block Ravi Campus Pattoki - construction of boundary wall around TCBP Building at A-Block Ravi Campus Pattoki. Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-6 or above are eligible to participate through E-Tendering under PPRA Rules 2014. Single stage single envelope procedure shall be adopted and contractors must upload scanned copies of CDR amounting to 5 percent of estimated cost while original CDR in favour of Treasurer University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Lahore must be submitted before opening time. Contractors shall also attach PEC registration professional tax CNIC and PRA registration for financial year 2025-26. Procuring agency may reject bids under PPRA Rule 35. Pro Tip: Upload valid PEC registration and submit original bid security before opening time to avoid being declared non-responsive.
