Muharram Arrangements And Route Repair Works Tender Notice
Description
Development works for Muharram Ul Haram 2026 including arrangement activities and repair of Muharram routes in Municipal Committee Vehari. Registered contractors and firms holding valid Pakistan Engineering Council licenses for financial year 2025-26 are eligible to participate through EPADS under Punjab PPRA rules. Bidders are required to completely fill DNIT BOQs and financial bid summaries electronically and incomplete financial bids shall be treated as non-responsive. Earnest money amounting to 5 percent of estimated cost in shape of CDR in favour of Chief Officer Municipal Committee Vehari is mandatory and original CDR must be submitted before opening time with written application on official letterhead. Procuring agency may reject bids at any time prior to acceptance and fake documents may result in blacklisting and disciplinary proceedings. Pro Tip: Ensure all BOQ pages and financial summaries are properly completed on EPADS before submission deadline.
