Description

Supply of gazeebo mini gazeebo benches and dustbins for parks and green belts under Horticulture Agency Gujrat for financial year 2025-26. Contractors and firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and Punjab E-PADS are eligible to participate through single stage single envelope bidding procedure. Bidders shall upload earnest money amounting to 5 percent of estimated cost in shape of CDR in favour of Deputy Director Horticulture Agency Gujrat and original CDR must be submitted before opening of bids otherwise firms shall be declared non-responsive. In case the tendered amount is below 5 percent of approved DNIT amount the lowest bidder shall deposit additional performance security from scheduled bank within two days. Procuring agency may reject bids under PPRA Rule 35 and fake documents may result in blacklisting proceedings.
