Procurement Of Court Furniture Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of furniture items for Civil Courts Layyah including computer tables - sofa sets five seater - officer revolving chairs - office cane knitted chairs - crown presiding chairs - computer revolving chairs - side and book racks and wooden benches for financial year 2025-2026. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2022 amended version using single stage one envelope bidding procedure. Bidders registered with relevant tax authorities are eligible to participate and bidding documents are available free of cost on EPADS and PPRA websites. Bid security amounting to 3 percent of estimated cost in shape of CDR bank guarantee or pay order in favour of Senior Civil Judge Civil Division Layyah must be submitted in original along with stamp paper before deadline otherwise tender shall stand cancelled. Successful bidder shall deposit 6 percent performance guarantee upon award of contract. Procuring agency may reject bids under PPRA Rule 35 and all applicable taxes shall be deducted according to government rules.
