Description
Procurement of office furniture and fixture items for Civil Courts Chakwal including office tables - computer tables - five seater sofa sets - revolving officer chairs - cane office chairs - poshish office chairs - computer chairs - center tables and litigant benches with detailed technical specifications regarding laminated boards solid wood structures tempered glass tops ergonomic mechanisms and upholstery standards. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using single stage one envelope procedure. Tenders must be accompanied by refundable 5 percent call deposit in favour of Senior Civil Judge Civil Division Chakwal. Quoted rates shall include all taxes freight and delivery charges to Civil Courts Chakwal. Procurement committee reserves the right to add or delete quantities based on market rates and available budget and delivered items not meeting specifications shall be replaced at supplier cost.
