Description
Purchase of earthen pots fertilizer bhal plants and related botanical items for BGa Project through EPADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using single stage two envelope procedure. Electronic bids are invited from general order suppliers manufacturers and firms registered with income tax sales tax and professional tax authorities and registered on EPADS. Bid security amounting to 2 percent of estimated cost in shape of CDR bank guarantee demand draft or pay order in favour of Government College University Lahore is mandatory and original instrument must be delivered before bid submission deadline. Bidders are required to quote rates for each item individually and any item without quoted rate shall render bid non-responsive. Lowest evaluated bidder shall be determined on cumulative quoted rate for the entire package.
