Description
Procurement of furniture items including office tables computer tables sofa sets revolving chairs computer chairs poshish chairs presiding chairs side book racks center tables and litigant benches for current financial year 2025-26 through EPADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. E-bids are invited from well reputed authorized firms distributors dealers and suppliers registered with sales tax income tax professional tax and Punjab sales tax departments. Procurement shall follow single stage single envelope bidding procedure and all quoted rates must be inclusive of GST and PST. Refundable bid security amounting to 5 percent of estimated cost in shape of CDR bank guarantee demand draft or pay order in favour of District and Sessions Judge Hafizabad is mandatory. Successful bidder shall provide one year warranty with free replacement and maintenance services.
