Construction and solarization works for irrigation tube wells and lift irrigation schemes in District Khyber under ADP # 2180/2025-26 including solarization of existing irrigation tube wells and construction of new solar tube wells at Bar Qamber Kalli Kam Shalman Yousaf Khel Loi Shalman Samsai Loi Shalman Shekhmal Khel Kala Khel Kallay Sultan Khel Muhammad Ali Chowk Mada Khel Lalma Masjid Hamza Sanzal Khel Sultan Khel and Kally Margat Khel under Package 01 and Package 02. Procurement includes solar works for irrigation tube wells and associated infrastructure through Single Stage Two Envelope E-PAD procedure. Eligible contractors having renewed PEC license in relevant EE-11 solar category and registered with KPRA and active tax payer list may participate. Technical and financial electronic bids are required along with affidavits confirming authenticity of CDR enclosed in sealed financial bids. Additional security requirements for abnormally low bids shall apply as per KPPRA notifications. Pre-bid meeting shall be held on 03-06-2026 at 11:30 AM in the office of the undersigned. Technical proposals shall be opened at 12:30 PM on the same day while financial bids shall be opened after approval of technical evaluation.
