Outsourcing Of Hospital Security Services Tender Notice
Description
Outsourcing of security services for Medical Teaching Institution Mardan Medical Complex under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure of KP PPRA Rules 2014. Procurement is open to well established firms registered with Income Tax Sales Tax and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and reflected on Active Taxpayer List of FBR. Bid solicitation documents containing evaluation criteria and terms conditions are available through EPADS and institutional websites. Pre bid meeting with interested bidders shall be held in the conference room of the administration block of the institution. Bidders are required to submit original bid security amounting to Rupees One Million in physical form through Call Deposit Receipt Demand Draft Pay Order or Bankers cheque in favor of Hospital Director MTI MMC Mardan along with mandatory affidavit confirming submission of bid security in the financial bid. Technical bids shall be opened on the same day in the conference room and bids submitted by hand post courier email or fax shall not be accepted. Competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under KPPRA Rules 2014.
