Procurement of stationery strychnine hydrochloride malaria chemicals printing items laboratory chemicals dental items contingency items and furniture fixtures for District Health Officer Charsadda through EPAD under Competitive Bidding and Single Stage One Envelope Procedure for financial year 2025 26. Bids are invited from reputed national manufacturers firms distributors retailers and authorized sole agents registered with EPAD KPRA and FBR where applicable. Tender documents and specifications are available from office and EPAD. Bids must be typed on original firm letterhead signed page by page and quoted in words and figures. Separate bids are required for each item category along with specified call deposit receipts in favor of District Health Officer Charsadda. Hard copies containing original CDR must reach office through registered post before deadline while electronic bids shall be opened through EPAD in presence of bidders or representatives. Approved rates shall remain valid until 30 June 2026.
