Description
Procurement for fabrication and supply of solid waste machinery through EPADS under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per KPPRA Rules 2014. Tehsil Municipal Administration Khanpur invites electronic bids from well reputed and experienced manufacturers and fabricators having NTN GST registration and 3S facility including sale service and spare parts support in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Scope of procurement includes supply fabrication of mini tipper dumper one point five cubic meter units mini tipper encroachment sanitation fabrication units front end loader and backhoe with sunshade and hydraulic tipping trolley five tons with pentle hook and sunshade. Chassis and tractors for fabrication works shall be provided by the department. Interested bidders must submit electronic bids through EPADS before the closing date along with original bid security equal to two percent of total bid price in shape of CDR in favor of TMO TMA Khanpur. Financial bids of technically qualified firms shall be opened later after evaluation. All rates shall be quoted on FOR basis including free delivery to TMA office and successful bidders shall provide operational training to staff. Purchase order issuance shall remain subject to release of funds and competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under KPPRA Rules.
