Procurement Of Information Technology Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of IT equipment under the project Bananas in Pakistan's Bioeconomy Transforming Waste into Textile funded through Global Environment Facility grant in collaboration with Food and Agriculture Organization United Nations. Electronic bids are invited from eligible bidders registered on EPADS through Single Stage One Envelope procurement method under PPRA Rules 2004 using Least Cost Selection method. Bid security is required category wise including Rs. 175000 for Category 1 Rs. 20000 for Category 2 and Rs. 60000 for Category 3 in shape of Bank Guarantee Pay Order Demand Draft or CDR. Scanned copies of bid security must be uploaded with bids and original bid security submitted before bid opening. Bidding documents containing terms conditions specifications and requirements are available on EPADS SMEDA and PPRA websites. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS and manual submissions shall not be entertained. Bid opening will take place on same day after submission deadline. Pro Tip: Ensure original bid security is submitted before opening time and all uploaded bid documents are complete and compliant with EPADS requirements.
